At Thermomix®, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen innovation and offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Happiness team via our online portal or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the Thermomix® and all included accessories into the original shipping box to ensure the unit remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
